I am not exactly a techie, but I do know how to write. I can translate techno-babble into plain English, such that the lowest common denominator in your target audience understands, while at the same time the highest is not offended.

I’ve created technical white papers, operations and policy manuals, instructional materials and more that are actually read — AND understood — by the intended audience. I have also worked closely with graphic artists, programmers and others to ensure that the format and design support the information being presented, and that the final deliverable prints or publishes on time.
